We will explain to you a simple and easy solution to a common problem with subscription apps.


Note: The solution might work for you but not for others, and vice versa. This is due to several factors, including your subscription type, the type of device you're using, the operating system of that device, and even your internet service provider. Internet speed also plays a significant role, among other reasons.

1 - Log out and log back in

(Sometimes you haven't logged in for a long time and the program needs to perform an internal update because of this.)


2- Try switching networks. If you're connected to a router, try broadcasting a Wi-Fi signal from your phone and selecting 5G. See if the buffering stops. If it continues, try changing your service provider.

Note: The number of devices connected to the same network can also affect your internet speed. For example, you might see a speed of 100 Mbps, but because there are three people connected to the same network, the speed will be approximately 35 Mbps per device, or even less.


3 - Try subscribing on another device; some devices have weaker reception than mobile phones.

For example: If your mobile internet speed is 100 Mbps, it might be 50 Mbps or less on your TV screen because the internal network receiver makes a big difference in the quality and stability of the broadcast.


4 - Switch between channels and check if the buffering occurs on all channels or just some of them. If it's only some, try reducing the resolution from high to low.

5 - If the subscription is running on two devices at the same time, it will naturally freeze, even if you're watching a series on one device and a live stream on another. Therefore, we recommend using the subscription on only one device.
